Our perspective

Our Perspective

"We have been privileged to work in the health industry for over a combined 50 years, helping people navigate their health and psychosocial concerns. Many people spend most of their waking hours at work, an environment that can directly influence physical and mental health. Over the past few years, we have noticed a trend in increasing levels of work-related stress having a negative impact on general physical and mental wellbeing. However, working with an individual in the private settings of our respective practices can only go so far. We believe that delivering education and strategies to foster healthier behaviours within a group setting can be an effective tool for creating cultural change within a workplace. Our aim is to help our attendees achieve fuller, healthier, better lives."
